• CFC / HCFC free insulation
• Styrofoam resistant to water absorption
• Added structural strength

• Bonded with 2 pack glue
• Inserts made up in panel, for load lock / kickstrip / run rail

• Floor has HD300 insulation
• Layers of steel bonded between plywood
• Cross bearers every 1200mm
• Floor tested to ISO1496 standards, 5.5 tonne point loading
• Sacrificial top layer of plywood / ease of floor repair
• No detriment to floor structure
• Steel angle front and rear for impact strength and attachment of front bulkhead

• Panel shop temperature controlled
• Computerised circular saw, guaranteed straight panels
• Five vacuum press
