Our trailer Repair & Refurbishment Centre is seeing a massive increase in refurbishment, regeneration and repairs in giving a second life to trailers. A mixture of lockdown and brexit has meant that customers are looking towards refurb and repair rather than a new trailer. Delays in the supply chain have caused this new trend.
The trailer repair centre are getting requests for quoting on all brands including G&A / Chereau / Schmitz / SDC / Cartwright due to the increase in lead time of new kit at the moment. We offer a wide range of repair / refurbishment options working with our customers to meet their intended budget and because of this we have invested in our equipment and workforce to meet this demand.
We also have gained further experience in truck repair bodywork and are carrying out bodywork repairs & paintwork to trucks, rigid truck cabs, refurbishment etc. We are also doing a lot of minor bodywork repairs to cabs, including bumpers, mudwings, bodywork panels, doors, steps etc and full re-paints.
At Montracon we are totally committed to providing an aftersales service that exceeds our customer’s expectations. As part of this commitment Montracon has a dedicated refurbishment and repairs centre in Market Weighton YO43 3EW. This facility can handle superficial, major repairs and full 2nd life refurbishment.
